in the myTuftsMed app

To enhance the patient experience at Tufts Medical Center, we now have a simple and easy way to pay for discounted parking through the use of the myTuftsMed app on your smart phone. Since your outpatient medical appointment is noted on your myTuftsMed app, a QR code will appear once you click the new parking icon located on your app.​

​​​​Here’s how it works:

  • When you arrive at the Tremont Street parking garage, take your ticket from the ticket dispenser.
  • At the conclusion of your outpatient visit, open your myTuftsMed app on your phone, click on the parking button to get a QR code.
  • When you are ready to pay for parking, enter your ticket into a payment kiosk or present to attendant and scan QR code – it will look like the image to the right.
  • It’s that easy!
